Ruhr (hereinafter referred to as CINDY LOUISE GATES), operates under the Internet address www.cindylouisegates.com, an online course offering, whose participants can take part in high-quality paid courses in yoga, breathing, meditation and coaching, inform themselves in the compendium about topics related to yoga, breathing, meditation, nutrition. The courses take place as face-to-face courses or as online cures. Some offers, e.g. coaching and meditation, can be arranged individually as single courses.

To book a course, you must first create a CINDY LOUISE GATES user account during the checkout process, or log in if you already have a CINDY LOUISE GATES user account. After registration you are logged in and can then book your selected course or course bundle/package at a one-time due price. If you have a discount code, please enter it in the field provided before payment. Payment Options We currently offer these payment options: PayPal, Klarna Stripe or credit card. When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal during the order process. In order to pay the course fees via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to CINDY LOUISE GATES. After booking, we will request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be automatically executed by PayPal immediately afterwards. When paying via Stripe, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Stripe during the order process. In order to pay the course fees via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to CINDY LOUISE GATES. After booking, we will request Stripe to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be automatically executed by Stripe immediately thereafter. If you pay by credit card, the course fees will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Payment by credit card is always on account of performance. Costs for chargebacks in the direct debit procedure will be charged to the participant. The same applies to costs resulting from a refusal of payment by credit card companies. Direct Debit: Debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. The time will be communicated by e-mail. Credit card (Visa/Mastercard): Available in Germany. The debit takes place after shipment of the goods or tickets / availability of the service or in case of a subscription according to the communicated times. The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Conclusion of purchase By filling out and submitting the booking form via the "Conclude purchase" button for the relevant online offer, you accept the contract offer of CINDY LOUISE GATES for the binding booking of the relevant course. The course content will be made available to you immediately upon completion of the booking process - or, in the case of advance sales, as of the launch date. The course fees are already displayed during the selection process, i.e. in good time before the booking of the online course in question. If the offers are subject to VAT, the prices quoted include the statutory VAT.

You have the right to cancel your purchase/booking within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal you can go to your order in your user account in the area of your order overview and click on the field "withdrawal". You will then receive an e-mail confirmation and the cancellation process will be initiated automatically. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Consequences of revocation If you revoke a purchase, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. If you have cancelled a booked course and have already taken lessons, the course costs of the lessons already taken will be deducted from the refund amount. *******

The participation fee as well as any discounts and rebates are based on the current price list for participants and are clearly and transparently displayed online when you select your course / workshop, as well as before submitting your order. The prices listed on the website for courses are exempt from VAT. All other products include the respective statutory VAT. Any offers made by CINDY LOUISE GATES in advertising materials such as advertisements, brochures, e-mails, etc. are subject to change without notice and are non-binding, even with regard to any price quotations that may have been transmitted. Participation fees are charged in advance. CINDY LOUISE GATES will be released from its obligation to provide any service in the event of non-payment or incomplete payment by the participant. With regard to contracts concluded directly with CINDY LOUISE GATES, the following applies: Checks or credit card payments will only be accepted on account of performance. Costs for chargebacks in the direct debit procedure shall be borne by the participant. The same applies to costs resulting from a refusal of payment by credit card companies.
8. use videos, image and text materials
All image, text and video materials published under CINDY LOUISE GATES are protected by copyright and are intended exclusively for private use. Any use beyond this, e.g. unauthorized reproduction, public presentation, broadcasting or other commercial use, is prohibited and will be prosecuted under criminal and civil law.
9. commercial use
Unauthorized commercial use of the offer or services of CINDY LOUISE GATES is not permitted and will be prosecuted. The reference to goods and services of other Internet or other providers, whether commercial or private, is not permitted. All publications and other content provided by you must be of a private nature, i.e. they must not be intended to generate a material profit. In case of commercial or otherwise unauthorized content, CINDY LOUISE GATES reserves the right to delete such content immediately and to claim damages. The assertion of this claim for damages shall not affect any further rights of CINDY LOUISE GATES.

11. disclaimer
Since CINDY LOUISE GATES has no influence whatsoever on the transport of data via the Internet outside the CINDY LOUISE GATES server, and due to the peculiarities and uncertainties of the Internet, CINDY LOUISE GATES cannot accept any liability for errors in data transmission. CINDY LOUISE GATES makes every effort to ensure the widest possible availability of its service via the Internet, but for technical reasons (server back-up, maintenance, etc.) it cannot guarantee constant perfect availability. Service interruptions are possible. Accordingly, no liability can be accepted for damages resulting from temporary unavailability or limited availability. CINDY LOUISE GATES assumes at least 99% availability of its service as an annual average. This does not apply to times when the web server cannot be reached via the Internet due to technical or other problems beyond the control of CINDY LOUISE GATES (force majeure, fault of third parties, etc.). Any other liability on the part of CINDY LOUISE GATES, irrespective of its legal basis, shall be limited to the amount of the fees actually paid to date by the participant seeking recourse / making a claim. Further claims for compensation are excluded, unless caused by employees of CINDY LOUISE GATES intentionally or through gross negligence. This also includes liability for material and immaterial (consequential) damage resulting from the accidental or technically caused faulty transmission of data.
